Our PRP provides community-based comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery services and supports, to adults and minors such as:

- Therapy
- Transportation Assistance
Adult PRP
THI provides PRP services to adults ages 18 - 60. The program works collaboratively with therapists to help adults with mental health diagnoses develop the skills necessary to thrive.
Our experienced Rehabilitation Coordinators (RC) meet with our clients 6 times a month. Visits rotate throughout the HOME, COMMUNITY, and the OFFICE.
